Returns & Exchanges

Hey you! Sniffing around for a return or an exchange? You found the right spot!

EXCHANGE INFORMATION:

- Unlike some usual retailers, we allow sale items to be exchanged, no worries!

- Items MUST be returned in original condition including tags & packaging (unworn and unwashed)

- An exchange cannot be completed if not returned in original condition.

- Please include your invoice and return information sheet emailed to you with your return.

- We strive to have all exchanges processed within 2-4 working days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with your return information.

- Exchanges can be tracked via the tracking number emailed to you.

- Customer is to purchase an additional postage bag to put inside return bag with their product. This is to cover the cost of the return trip (from Pepper Pooch  back to you)


RETURN INFORMATION:

Unfortunately we cannot refund if you have changed your mind. Refunds may be processed if the product is faulty within reasonable time. A refund is not always guaranteed, it will be determined upon the situation. However, we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied. Please email us at pepperpoochau@gmail.com for any queries or concerns. We strive to have all refunds processed within 2-4 business days of receiving your returned items. You will be contacted via email with your return information. Delivery fee is non refundable (product only).

No exchange/returns on Comfort Doggy Beds unless deemed faulty.

 

LET'S START THE PROCESS FOR YOUR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

Step 1: Shoot us an email at pepperpoochau@gmail.com with the following:

- Your Name

- Order Number

- Order Date

- Reason for Exchange / Return

Step 2: We’ll email you a document to print, fill out and post with your returned item! Include your invoice as well as a return parcel postage bag (for the return trip) so we can post your exchange back to you and your fur baby.
